Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler Fair returns to The Norfolk Showground Arena on Sunday 25th March 2018. In 2017, we moved the fair to The Norfolk Showground Arena, which saw 900 adults with their bumps and children attend the fair. It is Norfolk’s largest Bump, Baby and Toddler Fair, with everything from pregnancy to pre-school all under one roof!
Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler Fair is all about the wonderful journey that is having a baby and watching them grow into a small person. That journey opens our eyes to many joyful and sometimes nervous moments that all combine to become the experience of being a parent.
What you don’t get told is the endless list of accessories, clothes, food, creams, toys, shoes, buggies, walkers, medicines, nappies, clubs, activities and even more toys that are required.
The Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler Fair is here to showcase quality suppliers of all of the above and many more, including clubs and charities that are on hand to make that journey slightly easier.
Our Chosen Charity
Our chosen charity for Bump & Beyond Baby and Toddler Fair 2018 is The Benjamin Foundation.
The charity was set up in 1994 to help people deal with many of the challenges that life throws at them. From their early days in North Norfolk they’ve expanded to deliver work right across Norfolk and Suffolk too.
- They have accommodation centres for homeless young people. They provide support and a safe place to live for vulnerable 16–25 year olds with no home, helping them get their lives back on track. They also accommodate young people with trained hosts if they would benefit more from living in a family home.
- They support families in crisis helping them repair damaged relationships and create happier families. They work in over 80 schools to support children with their social and emotional well-being.
- Their Meet Up service in Thetford engages with all parts of the community including activities for children, a senior citizens lunch club and a support group for parents.
- They have furniture stores in Holt, Dereham and Norwich selling donated items and in Ipswich their Re-use shop has a wide range of items for sale. The profits from these stores help fund their other work.
Each year they help around 2,000 people through difficult times by providing them with hope, opportunity, stability and independence.
